They Make Me Smile

Weston got so tickled with himself by saying silly words.  Kinsley was impressed.
 Imaginary play...just love it
The kids were headed to Texas for a wedding and they were in a huge dust storm.  Luckily, Kinsley, the super hero was there to save them.
Zack bought some fireworks and sparklers for the kids.  All the kids loved the sparklers; however, some of the fireworks were a bit to loud and we decided that was not a good idea after shooting a few off.

Elsa and Kinsley are sweet friends. Elsa always wants to sit by her or help put a pacifier in her mouth.  However,  Elsa didn't like the idea of sharing her cookie with Kinsley!  BUT guess who got a bite.

 My Piggly Wiggly
Kinsley thinks she is bigger than she is.  Every time she can get a hold of a big cup she starts sucking on it and trying to get a drink.  This little lady doesn't know that chocolate milk is a NO NO right now for her.

I keep telling her to STOP!  However, she just keeps on growing and reaching milestones.  Oh, I really don't want her to stop but if only time could go a little slower.  Macie learned to ride her bike without training wills.  All the big kids in the neighborhood learned within the last 2 weeks.  Yesterday Macie decided it was her turn.  She got on, I let go, she went and slammed on her brakes.  She did this 2-3 times and then she just took off.  That was it!  She practiced for about an hour before Daddy got home for the "BIG SURPRISE!"  Then the kids rode all evening and by the end of the night she could start on her own too!  Her hair was soaked from sweat after a fun field day of biking.  I loved seeing her excitement and how proud she was.  We ran, jumped, and gave high fives.  We sang a song we made up about riding bikes.  We cheered and just loved every moment.
After we complimented Macie on a great job she did and just reviewing all the new things she learned she said, "All I have to learn now is how to ride a surf board standing up."  I bet she will. When she is determined to do something she does it.  Watch out world.

These two buddies have the same little trike.  I didn't get a picture of them riding beside each other but it is just the sweetest thing.

On the note of bikes/kids in the neighborhood, we have  5 big kids on two wheel bikes (ages 5-7);  6 little kids on trikes or small bikes (age 2-3); and three little ones that like their strollers (7 months -1 1/2).  What a sight it is to have them all out on the rode.  I am going to get a picture soon because it is just GREATNESS!  Memories are being made in this neighborhood.  Thank you, God!
