Copy Cat

Macie copied the big girls! When I watch Macie play with other kids I realize that she is getting bigger and bigger by the minute. I have a little toddler instead of a baby! I am loving every minute of her precious life!

This Past Weekend

Most of the little ones made it to the family gathering. Too bad we Sawyer and Sage weren't there. It was so much fun to watch all of them play! It was the perfect day to play outside and enjoy each others' company. I can't wait to do it again! This is about the only egg Macie picked up. She wasn't completely aware of what she was supposed to be doing but she did think the eggs were balls.

Charley Jane is sharing all her eggs.

Cousins
Macie and Finley had a good time together. We need to get these two together more often.

Macie loved this cool ride. She flew down the ramp and shot across the yard. She was all smiles the whole time. Macie kept wanting to ride again and again. She would try to push the car back up to the start. We had to make her take turns with Finley.

WEEEEEEE!!!!
I think we have a little one that isn't afraid of a thing.

Hanging out with her baby on a beautiful day!

Peek-a-Boo
Macie loves playing peek-a-boo. I love this silly smile!

Finally SPRING

Spring is here, right? After having 3-5 inches of snow on Sunday, today was absolutely beautiful! Macie and I went to the Dallas Arboretum and were in awe of all the gorgeous flowers. I love tulips and they were everywhere! Macie had a wonderful time looking at the flowers, walking up to babies, pushing our stroller, and playing with some kids at the "Texas" area. I could have stayed there all day! In May, they have the summer flowers so we will have to go back and see them too. Having a year pass is so worth it!

Trip to Houston

Macie and I went to Houston this weekend with my parents to see Sheldon, Reagan, Jackson and Cage off to Germany. It was a great trip. The kids had a wonderful time playing together. Macie loved Cage. She wanted to hold him, touch him, and didn't want me holding him without her being right beside me. Jackson and Macie had a great time, too. He would say, "My Macie." Once Macie got mad and when she does she lays down on the ground. Jackson said, "Hey, are you ok? Macie, you ok?" It was so sweet. He got right down beside her and kept asking over and over! Also Sunday morning he was banging on the joining door because he wanted to play with Macie! I am so glad Macie has cousins that she can grow up playing with! She is one lucky girl! We are excited for Sheldon and Reagan's opportunity in Germany but will miss them like crazy!

Macie loving on Cage!

While we were at the Houston Rodeo/Stock show Jackson and Macie had a great time. Jackson was holding Macie's hand in this picture. I can't wait until Macie can talk back to Jackson. She did her jibber jabber but won't it be fun to listen to them talk to each other.

Look at those potbelly pigs.
Macie kept sticking her hand in the cage. She wasn't scared a bit!

KISS!!
Macie loved the petting zoo! She walked up to all the animals and acted like it was no big deal. I was more scared for her than she was!

New Toy

Macie loves being outside so we got her a slide/swing combo. She can climb and play in the backyard since we can't always get to the park. (The park is right down the street so everytime we walk past it she reaches for it and wants to stop.) Anyway it's a great toy but every morning she cries when she can't go right outside and play.

It's a really fast slide!

Go Higher!

Hanging out with Grammy!

Macie found all the pacifiers that she never sucked when she was a baby. She decided to try them all out the other day! Crazy girl!
