Good Times

These three loved celebrating Valentine's Day!

 AND more snow!

Kinsley likes to take her Minnie or her stroller with her every time she potties.
Scary faces
Macie and I had a Mommy/Daughter date so we did something that has been on our list to do since we moved to Missouri.  We ice skated.  We were both very nervous going into this date.  I have only skated once and she said as we pulled up that she had butterflies.  When we first got out on the ice I honestly thought I was going to wet my pants because we looked so silly and I was laughing.  After we got the bucket to help Macie, we skated and skated and skated.  She got the hang of it and finally gave up the bucket.  It was so much fun to watch her accomplish something she has wanted to (at one point a while back, she was going to be a famous ice skater). The only bad part about the whole thing was we needed better gloves and I needed a coat.

Zack and Weston also had a Daddy/Son MONSTER truck date!  We just knew this little man would love all the monster trucks.  He had so much anticipation and excitement going into the event.  However, he thought it was way too loud so they didn't stay very long.  BUT when he got home and was all full of stories and excitement again even though "I was a little scared."

He made himself a robot costume.
Kinsley loves to "be pretty like a princess" and she loves Minnie.
The neighborhood kids love to put on dance parties and performances.  Weston did his hair and that is all I am going to say about that.

Kinsley loves gymnastics.  On Fridays, she loves putting on "her nastic(her saying it) clothes."  She is very brave and tends to show off a bit.

After our first time skating, Macie begged to go back and knew that Weston would love it.  So we went again the following weekend.  Daddy skated this time with both of them while Kinsley and I watched from the side.  Macie improved greatly and Weston skated around and in circles like a crazy man.

After skating we went to the park outside the skating rink.  Macie and Kinsley sat by each other and just talked.  It was a stand still take it all in moment for me.

My WESTON REID just impresses me!  He is all boy and loves all sports type activity, bike riding, getting dirty, fishing, hunting, and like I said just being a BOY.  We were outside with a neighbor who had just gotten a bike for his birthday.  After Weston watched the boy, he decided he wanted to ride without training wheels.  I put him on the bike and the very first try he took off.  Why I was doubtful he couldn't do it, I don't know.  He rode like the wind which then inspired two more friends to learn to ride without training wheels.  The funny thing is when Macie learned before Kindergarten to ride that is how it happened with her...one learned and then all the kids her age learned.

He rides fast and sometimes I think he is just going to crash but I think he likes it that way!

Kinsley flies on her scooter even holding her leg up.  Is she really only two?  Sometimes I don't think so.

So Macie and Weston had the same size of bike and it was really too small for her.  We decided it was time to get a bigger bike.  Macie proudly counted her money to cover her part of her new bike.
